Hi, I'm Obinna -- a designer based in Canada with a passion for crafting intuitive and impactful digital interfaces. My design journey has been shaped by a love for problem-solving and a deep love for visual design.
Previously I worked as a product designer at Sonatype where I built & shipped software to improve developer productivity. Now I focus on helping startups and creatives bring their visions to life by designing delightful software that not only meets user needs.
Whether it's building user-friendly applications or creating dynamic web experiences, my goal is to make technology more accessible, enjoyable, and effective for everyone.

I collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, constraints and vision. This is aided by conducting further research on the competition to identify opportunities and differentiation points.
Define
At this point, I analyze existing data to identify user behaviour patterns and pain points. The problem is then defined by aligning on a problem statement with relevant stakeholders including setting the project’s deliverables and timelines.
Design
Lo-fidelity wireframes are created to outline structure and functionality. Multiple variations of polished hi-fidelity wireframes from which to choose from are then created. Continuous Iteration based on feedback on users is applied to the existing design. Depending on the nature of the problem and time constraints, further iteration is conducted including prototyping for optimum user experience.

What is your design process ?
Initially we typically have a call to discuss if I'm a right for for your project. If I am, then I create a proposal expecting a 50% upfront payment. After the invoice is paid, we set up communication via discord to set alignment with your needs, expectations & goals.
How long does a project typically take ?
The time spent on a project may vary depending on requirements. For example, a landing page design could take up 3 days to design while a design post may take as small as a day to design.
How much does a project typically cost?
The amount spent on projects could vary. I typically charge as low as $500 for a landing page and as high as $1,500 for a mobile design with all depending on the project requirements such as no of pages, presence of custom animations e.t.c.
How would we communicate ?
I primarily communicate via discord. Sometimes, we might need to hop on a call for better alignment and that's fine too.
Can you hire me on retainer?
Yes, you can hire me on retainer at a specified fee depending on the nature of work to be completed.
